Kyle Knebel – VP of Technology and Training

A Los Angeles native, Kyle has over 18 years experience in the Information Technology sector, and currently is the VP of Technology and Training at eDocSecure, Inc. Kyle has experience in designing, developing, and implementing network and communication infrastructures, as well as installing, training and supporting software solutions in regional, remote and corporate office environments. Since joining eDocSecure in 2003, Kyle has been responsible for overseeing the growth of eDocSecure’s document management solutions support department.. Kyle is also both a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and an OnBase Certified Installer.

Samuel Jones – Senior BPM Analyst & Solutions Architect
Sam is the Solutions Architect for eDocSecure responsible for designing and implementing end to end workflow solutions and business process improvements for eDocSecure’s many clients. Rick wears a number of hats with eDocSecure. In the Customer Relations Manager role, he promotes positive business relations and ensures eDocSecure’s commitment to excellence by actively alerting clients of solution support status, maintaining updated records, and periodically touching bases with clients to ensure that eDocSecure is meeting all their needs.
