Currently focused on transitioning eDocSecure’s product and services offering from ECM to Healthcare IT, with an additional focus on providing EHR/PM/ and Revenue Cycle Management tools to the smaller physician practices. Working on executing our strategy of capitalizing on major Federal Funding programs allowing physicians to buy the technology solutions we are providing. Our experienced team, formed in 2003 offering Enterprise Content Management Services? built around best of breed solutions has evolved into a Healthcare Technology Solutions provider, with multiple disciplines, across EHR, PM, Claims Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Document Imaging

Janice brings to eDocSecure more than 25 years of financial and operations experience. Prior to joining eDocSecure, Janice was SVP of Event411, a software company providing a hosted or ‘SAAS’ solutions whose customers were primarily Fortune 500 companies, and has held numerous senior executive positions in the publishing and entertainment industries.

Randy Mermell acquired a B.S. in Economics/Business from UCLA. In 1993 he started Turning Point Productions a full service Sales focused Production company specialized in creating Sales and Marketing materials for Fortune 500 companies. Randy’s clients included United Health Care, PacifiCare of California, UPS, Countrywide, The UCLA Anderson School of Business and many others. He integrated with their in-house sales teams to create Sales tools that delivered results. He brings this strong sales focused experience to eDocSecure which he joined in early 2009 to head up the creation of a sales team to capitalize on the growing opportunities in the Health IT market space.

As the senior?most member of eDocSecure’s technical team, Rick’s goal is to lead the team in the implementation of Allscripts MyWay for each client’s practice. Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, and uses his technical skills and knowledge of medical practices to ensure that physicians and other medical staff transition smoothly from the paper?based office into the electronic health record. Rick works directly with clients in configuring newly installed solutions, and trains clients on how best to utilize them. Rick is also responsible for directing the other members of eDocSecure’s technical team in other implementations

Results driven Health Information Technology Professional experienced in project management, quality assurance, business analysis, software development, IS auditing, and problem resolution. Strong ability to multi?task and change priorities as necessary. Currently responsible for managing the implementation and support of Allscripts MyWay EHR system implementation for physician practices. Recent experience as an IT Project Manager at a well known Los Angeles hospital implementing and supporting various clinical systems (2.5 years)
